Make A
Reservations
When it comes to booking a limousine, the sooner the
better. Weekends, Wedding Season and Prom Season are very
popular and often are filled with bookings very early. Be
sure you know the correct date, locations and number of
passengers so we can help plan your occasion properly.
Read
and Sign your Contract Limousine
services are required by Virginia law to have a signed
contract with you in order to provide service. We hope you
will take the time to carefully read our contract and terms.
What if my plans
change?
We understand that things happen to the best made plans.
Our deposit policy is firm, but we will do everything
possible to make the changes you desire.
Put a
Deposit down on your Reservation
Your contract
will include date, location and passenger details and will
contain a projected time frame and projected cost. Upon
mutual agreement to the contract, we will charge a 25%
deposit to the credit card on file at the time of the
reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. Balance is
due prior to services.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Personal Check (on a local bank)
accepted with proper identification 3 weeks prior to
service. Check must clear the bank prior to date of
limousine service. Credit Cards. All major credit
cards accepted; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express. Corporate billing is available.
CREDIT CARD AND PAYMENT POLICY
The credit card holder must be present
prior to or at the time of service along with the credit
card and driver’s license or valid DMV identification. If
paying by personal check, it must clear the bank prior to
the date of limousine service. If paying by cash, we will
give you signed, dated receipt for your records. Along with
your receipt, you will always receive a signed, dated copy
of our contract and terms.
