Richmond Limousine is one of Richmond's
newest and fastest growing full service limousine providers.
It is our goal to provide you with the best service at a
fair price. We are based in Chesterfield County and provide
service to customers in Richmond City, Henrico, Hanover,
Chesterfield, and Powhatan Counties.
1. What type of service do you provide?
Richmond Limousine is a sedan / limousine transportation
service. Point-to-point, or hourly, we do it all.
2. What are your hours of operation?
Richmond Limousine phone lines are open 24hrs. We will meet your needs at any hour, if services are
prearranged
3. What type of car do you offer?
Richmond Limousine operates a fleet of late model luxury
sedans, SUVs, and new limousines. All of our cars are
cleaned and inspected daily, for your safety and comfort. All cars have dark privacy tint
4. Where are you located?
Richmond Limousine is located in Henrico County and
offers service to Richmond and surrounding areas.
5. What other charges apply?
Richmond Limousine does charge a small fuel surcharge based
on fuel prices and a service charge of 20% to compensate all of
our chauffeurs who
contributed to your travel experiences. Any parking or misc. fees incurred will be added to your
bill
6. What type of deposit is required?
Richmond Limousine requires a deposit for multi-hour
reservations, which is non-refundable. The deposit is 25% of projected total.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Richmond Limousine requires a 12hr. notice on all
reservations. If proper notice of cancellation is not
provided, we reserve the right to incur a cancellation fee
up to 100%. Please read and understand your contract
completely. All no shows are billed the full projected amount
8. What type of payment do you accept?
Richmond Limousine accepts cash, personal check with
verification, and most major credit cards
(Visa-MasterCard-American Express).
